Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Whisper to Invoice mobile application ("App") published by Sawiti Tech Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), Mombasa, Kenya.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
Whisper to Invoice helps small businesses create invoices using voice input and on-device artificial intelligence. After a one-time model download, core invoice features work offline on your device.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you use the App for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Your Device & Data
The App stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and reviewing all invoice content before sharing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to create fraudulent invoices, violate laws or third-party rights, or misrepresent the App as an official Google product.
5. AI-Generated Content
Invoice fields may be generated by on-device AI (Gemma). AI output can be inaccurate. You must review all amounts and details before sharing invoices. Use of Gemma is also subject to Gemma Terms and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Data leaves your device only when you share an invoice or download the AI model.
7. Intellectual Property
The App is published by Sawiti Tech Ltd and is not affiliated with Google. It includes open-source components from Google AI Edge Gallery (Apache 2.0). You retain ownership of content you enter.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. It is not professional tax, accounting, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawiti Tech Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the App in the prior 12 months (or KES 1,000 if free).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Courts in Mombasa, Kenya have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
