Whisper to Invoice is designed so your business and invoice data stays on your device by default.

3. Information we process
- Microphone audio — to record spoken sales; processed on-device; not uploaded to our servers
- Business profile — name, address, phone, email, payment details, optional logo
- Invoice data — client names, line items, prices, dates, tax, notes, PDFs
- App preferences — theme and terms acceptance flags
We do not collect analytics, advertising IDs, location, contacts, SMS, or call logs in this app.
4. Permissions
- Microphone — voice-to-invoice
- Internet — one-time AI model download
- Notifications — download alerts
- Camera (optional) — business logo picker
5. Storage & backup
Data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud database for your invoice content. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app.
6. When data leaves your device
- When you share an invoice PDF (WhatsApp, email, etc.)
- When you download the on-device AI model (one-time)

7. On-device AI
Invoice fields may be generated by an on-device Gemma model. Processing is local. Always review AI output before sharing. See Gemma Terms.
8. Your choices
You can edit or delete invoices, update your business profile, or uninstall the app to remove local data. Contact us to exercise privacy rights applicable in your country.
9. Children
Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
